Gap in Swedish cart, but not in English

Hi,

I'm just about done with an upgrade of my shop, and have most of the code-wrinkles sorted out. So now it's on to the look of the site.

In the Swedish translation of the site there's a small white gap between the header image and the "search bar" but in the English it looks like it's supposed to (see attached file).

I've looked at the source for both versions, and as far as I can tell it's a matter of the "taglineWrapper" div showing up at the Swedish site surrounding a nearly empty "tagline" div like this:

The English version doesn't contain the superfluous "taglineWrapper" and "tagline" divs, ie. it looks like this:

I've checked both Swedish and English header.php files and the lines there are identical:

So why oh why does the Swedish site insist on displaying the (nearly) empty divs?
