1062 Duplicate entry '32767' for key 1 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
My admin shows this message "1062 Duplicate entry '32767' for key 1" whenever I try to access anything. I have read threads from people with the same problem recently. Unfortunately I am not as competent as they seem to be. Can anyone help me with step by step instructions? I can't access customer records for billing. I'm desperate!

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
Did you recently do an upgrade?
Did you recently move from an old database to a new one?
Did your MySQL version recently change?

I don't know which version I'm using because I can't access anything in admin. I do know that it's an early version. I haven't done anything recently except I had to create an account for a customer who was already in the database. I used all of his information and created a 2nd account with a new password. I then deleted his initial account.

Open your phpMyAdmin, select your Zen Cart database, click on the SQL tab, abd enter this in the text box, and click go:

ALTER TABLE admin_activity_log CHANGE COLUMN log_id log_id int(15) NOT NULL auto_increment;

If you get an error, check your /includes/configure.php file, and find out what your DB_PREFIX setting is. Then change the query above by replacing admin_activity_log with your_prefix_admin_activity_log

IF THIS WORKS FOR YOU THEN IT'S TIME TO UPGRADE YOUR VERSION OF ZEN CART!!!!!
