Additional Page in checkout process

I would like to add a agreement page to my checkout process. By this i mean you wold select your products, but before you pay for them you must agree to the terms on the page by typing your name. Any help on where I can drop this in?

Have you tried using the Terms and Conditions checkbox during checkout ?

You can enable it in Admin, Configuration, Regulations: "Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure"

Thank you for that, that's a start. Do you or anyone else know where the actual code that builds the checkbox on that page is? Im dealing with a lawyer who doesnt want the checkbox, he wants users to type full name. I'm decent with php, I think I can change it if I knew where it was......
