Gift Certificates Not working on my site?
Hi,
I have set up a 'dummy' gift certificate to use in my store.
I added items to my basket and during checkout I added the redemption code; now it displays that value in my gift certifciate balance.
But when, during checkout, I 'apply amount' - to the value of the gift certificate; it continues to the next screen, but does nothing - the same order total is shown as before.
Am I doing something wrong?
