Editing the meta tags for different pages?

Hi everyone,

Is there a way of changing the meta tags on various pages? For example, on my homepage one of the tags reads:

<meta name="description" content="UNIQUE GIFTS. Ethnic gifts from cultures around the world. Ethnic Musical Instruments and other gifts." />

Now, if I click on the category 'Ethnic Musical Instruments' the same meta tag is displayed. Is there any way of changing the meta tags so that they are displayed differently on each page?

Perhaps there is a mod available?

I think it might help with my SEO if I am able to change the meta tags so they are more relevant to specific pages.

Many thanks,

Gary @ unique gifts

Each category and product can have its own meta tags. If you go to your categories in the admin, there is a black/white circle button. That allows you to have custom tags per category and or product.
