Cherry Zen Template Support Thread

Jade, great template, very impressed.

I wanted to change my logo to jpg and changed it in the header.php and also in the stylesheet, but for some reason its not showing. I changed the tagline wrapper to 10% and also to 0% but to no avail.

However I am getting part of the logo displaying where the top left hand search should be.

Please can you help

Put it in the images section but under the red folder as header.jpg. Doh

Thanks for the reply. Decided to use the "more information" pages where I need the side boxes and the "EZpages" pages where I don't want the side boxes.

well I do still need help... i removed the right boxes to only have the left but for some reason my search bar isn't at the top of my site and my site has this extra space on the right.... how do I get raid of that? https://www.Juggalosrus.com

I am sorry for my English, I from Ukraine.
For me a problem appeared with setting of this theme. I set it on instruction.
lower part disappeared on the main page of site, a report appeared under a logotype:

That could I not correctly do? Did everything on instruction.

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me with a small problem i have.
When clicking 'shopping cart' from my home page (with nothing added to cart) the top of the page fills with gobbledegook, and fonts/alignments etc are all out of sync also.

Normally rectified this by going back to original page within the template download and re-installing, but as far as i can see this is the original!

Any tips appreciated!

Managed to iron out my wrinkles in using this template, and I think it looks ok now. Thought maybe some of you may want to see it in action.

Hi

I'd really be grateful for any help. A few weeks ago I did some changes to my site. It'd been running for about a year with Cherry Zen no problem

I'm using Safari and Firefox and all seems fine. I've checked on my husbands computer IE8 - and all seems fine

But I've had several customers saying that they can only see the headers and no site content

I have no idea where to start to look

Can anyone give me any advice

sorry - I guess it might help if I said the zen cart is located at

I seem to have found the issue was in viewing with IE 7 - and have corrected that by just repasting the original site widths etc from the style sheet

So far so good -

the site still looks fine in firefox - however in IE 7 and 8 it's not quite right

There is now a spacing issue with the left and right columns which I don't actually want being present again causing everything to be bunched up in the center on the product listing pages

Happy to keep fiddling around, but if anyone knows more than me (that's not hard!!) advice welcome :smile:

:smile: OK - I think you can ignore me - unless anyone takes a look and sees something hideous, I think I have it working right now
