Cherry Zen Template Support Thread

I would like to increase the width and height of the images that are the multiple images under a product on the product info page. I haven't been able to tell if it is determined by CSS or by the PHP. Any help determining where I can adjust that would be wonderful. thanks.

I found it. It is determined by the CONFIGURATION>> IMAGES >> Small Image Width and Small Image Height.

I have some problems regarding this template .

My problem is that :

i) I cant put the layout boxes on both the right and left side . May i know what 's wrong ?

I try to on the 'Search-header ' , and the whole website appear in blue colour .

I try to on the 'search sidebar ' , but it appear at the bottom of the left corner /

Tried to on other boxes , but non appear .

Hope that you could help me to solve this

Hy there.
Just started with Zencart. Testing on free account.
Downloaded Cherry Zen but for some reason it will not display corectly. No any editing done yet.

Using IE8.
Main page appers to have less width than 1000px and text pops out of the designated boxes.
Same story with text in side boxes.
The grey backround of side boxes enters the center white space each and there.
Top buttons "Home", "Login",etc are distorted.
Search header appears only after activation in side boxes and in side boxes is out of allignment.
However if selected "Login" the page looks fine.
Same if selected"My account"

Using Firefox.
Problems only with side boxes text. (too large text coming out of its boxes)

Pls help. anybody?:oops:

You can see all the banner at the bottom. I tried everythign with my website but nothing works. Footer 2 or 3 put the banner at the header and footer 1 nothing at all..i'm not sure waht the setting for these. :frusty:

Hi!

I have a client who wants to have the All Products link in the Category Tree in Red to stand out more.

I'm guessing it would have to be done with CSS but any ideas on what I need to do?

Hi, Jadetrue (or someone who may know)...

Having a minor problem with the left side category sidebox. I have a product category then sub-categories under it. To the left of each sub-categoy is an underscore. Here's what it looks like:

Our Collections->
|_ Dolphins and More
|_ Feathered Real Estate
|_ Globes Extraordinaire
|_ Hummingbird Haven
|_ Timeless Timekeepers

I'm sure this is an easy fix but I'm sort of at a loss as to where to look in the CSS (which I'm sure that's where I'd go). The links work fine but it just doesn't look as if the underscores should be there.

Ive installed one of the lightbox add ons and noticed that on the product page underneath the product image the "larger image" text is sitting at the bottom of the box with the drop shadow but isnt aligned properly. Had a look through the CSS but I cant see where this element is.

G'day Rod,

In Admin, go to Configuration/Layout Settings/Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories

And change it there.

I just installed Cherry Zen and have only made changes to images and the "define pages - Main Page".

I logged in as a user and when I hit submit, I got a white page (blank).

I hit back and refresh and everything looks fine. When I hit checkout (even though I have no products yet) I get a white (blank) page. Where could I be getting these blank pages from?
