No logo with sign up email

No logo with sign up email

Hi,

I don't know why for some reason when somebody signs up for an account does not get logo in welcome email..

it just shows "logo" as name but not real logo.

Have i deleted the logo somewhere? if so then plz help me to put it back.

Do you have html ast as a method in admin > config > email?

When you signed up as a test did you select html?

does your mail isp support html mail?

I have checked again and it shows the zencart official logo in sign up email.

how can i show me own logo?

Upload your own logo to replace the one in the /email folder

Hi,

With regard to the email logo, I have replaced the logo but the old one still displays when I send an email read with Outlook Express.

Unless I send it to my Gmail account in which case it displays correctly.

Any ideas?

Update.

Closing and reopening Outlook Express sorted it,

Must confess to being slightly confused.

Outlook was caching the original image.
Closing it and re-opening refreshed the image.
