HEP~~!! Internal Server Error 500, never can start on the installation...

I am a newbee in Zen-Cart, anyone can help out why I could even hopeless to start installation?? I have tried many things out, permission, upload method...etc.

Message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Try renaming the /zc_install/.htaccess file to .htaccess_OFF
