I am getting an error on my contact page

Sorry, my system does not understand your email address. Please try again.

Is this a problem with my host?:blink:

No, it's more likely a problem with the keyboard you're using when typing your email address...

That message is displayed when you fail to enter a return email address or enter an invalid one ...

What version of Zen Cart are you using?
Was this an upgrade from a prior version? Which version?
What "Email Transport" method do you have selected in Admin->Config->Email Options?

Since you have only one address for the Contact Us, make it blank ... which will cause it to use the store's main address:

I deleted all the email addresses from email options and still get this error though

No. I meant make this ONE entry blank ... ie: remove everything from that one field (which I've shown again below).
if it's left blank, it uses the store's default email address.
Some hosts cannot properly parse the email addresses entered in that field, so it's necessary to leave it blank in those cases.

Grab a copy of the /includes/functions/functions_email.php file from v1.3.7.1 and use it on your 1.3.6 site as a test. It should at least give you a slightly more detailed error message.

At the moment I am getting errors with the Australian post server when i go into the cart (another thread) and this error on the contact page when i click submit.
