Checkout Page - Shipping & Payment - Comment

Dear All,

I notice that the Checkout page of Shipping and Payment, both of them got "comment" text area which are same and repeat.

Any possibility to remove the "Comment" Text area from Payment page?

That is so the customer has the opportunity to add their comments on either page. Why would you want to remove it from only one?

That's why i don't want to confuse customer, so i wish can take out one of it..can help? pls..
