Ez Pages

I have turned on the EZ Pages sidebox, I set up my external link in tools > expages yet I do not see a EZ Page sidebox or my link anywhere. Obviously I am missing something? Would appreciate any help.

And your Sort Order is set to > 0 on all of these?
