new to Zen taking over existing store

I am new webmaster for https://www.2dozenroses.com. I have read Zen book but still cannot figure out where to change phone number in the header of this site i am taking over. Previous webmaster passed away.

Site uses Pink template and it seems to be customized. can anyone please tell me where to edit this text piece? I have been doing this for 10 years and have used MIVA Amazon Ebay and Yahoo carts.

Please help.

Most likely originates via:
/includes/templates/pink/common/tpl_header.php

A quick way to find out would be to use the Admin->Tools->Developers Toolkit ... enter "Customer Service" in the bottom text box, choose All Catalog Files, and submit.

That is a highly customized cart and so it will sometimes be difficult to answer your questions as only you have access to the code producing what we see.

As this is a monolingual site, Chuck is most likely right about where the designer (who did a nice job) will have put that number. However, the strictly correct place for it would be in the includes/languages/english/pink/header.php file. So if it's not where Chuck suggests, I'd look there next.
