What do I need to change???

I'm wondering what effects the spacing between the logowrapper and the ezpages nav (horizontal bar) I've looked around and played with stylesheet.css but cannot figure this out.

I'm using template_default but have modded it so that there are no images, only straight css with hex color codes. I've edited a little bit of the ezPage header also. Just made it so there are divs instead of just a list of links.
