DB NOT CONNECTED if I don't use /admin/index.php to get to admin

Hi All
If I type or go to
https://www.myshop.com/admin i get this Browser Error
0 DB_ERROR_NOT_CONNECTED
in:
[select * from project_version WHERE project_version_key = 'Zen-Cart Database' ]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

But If I type or got to
https://www.myshop.com/admin/index.php

everything works fine and I am on the Login Page. Frontend works fine as well, just this little Issue. Any Ideas what could be causing it?
