Changing The Look

Hello:

I'm new to Zen Cart, I would like the change the look of my page. Can anyone tell me how to do this or where to look to find out. Also, can someone send me a PM or Email, this board is difficult to navigate and I would like to be able to find answers to my post, but first I need to find my post...

Thanks
Peter Griffin

Any help appreciated....

Re: Changing The Look

Start with the FAQs - https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?category=4

Proceed with getting the e-Start Your Web Store book

and continue to learn how to navigate the forum - since nearly all of the information you'll need is right here.

Re: Changing The Look

Just curious - what do you find difficult about navigating the forum? Getting input from "fresh eyes" may suggest some beneficial change, or something that can be better explained...

I actually find this to be one of the better organized forums. It is one reason I picked ZC and I have found many of the answers I was looking for really rather quickly. I've already gotten to the point where I can cahnge colors, type and more in a custom template. And now I'm ready to really start building sites with images and all. I'm a visual artist not a programer.

This has taken about a three, four day learning curve. I was also checking out other E commerce programs as well during this period. And so far so good with ZC. Also it is nice these forums are actually active!!!

And to think I knew nada about CSS just a few days ago. I gotta say the FF plugins ROCK!!!

Now to just keep the clients happy:hug:
