need help w/image sizing

I'm a a TOTAL Zen Cart newbie - I don't have a clue what I'm doing for the most part (sorry!) I have a custom template I purchased & it's been installed.

Now my question is how can I change the sizes of the product images?
WHen I click prop it shows the images @ 111X 120 (yet when I look under config images non of the sizes are set to those numbers). I don't want these images to be this small - right now you have to click to get larger -I'd rather have the image large enough that the text can be read before clicking to get big.

My problem is I don't know which of the images sizing to change (I've tried them all with no luck so far)

OR am I COMPLETELY clueless in the reason that the pics are small cause there are several pics on that product page?:wacko:

The "small images" are those that are shown in the search results etc..

The Med images are shown in the "Product Images" (the "main image" of a product)

The Large images typically refer to the "pop-up images (from the product page and others).

If you change the width and height of the small image, it will change all images in the site (in the locations specified above .. plus others). Make sure you have "resize images / calculate image size" turned on as well in the admin.

It may take some playing and reading for you to get it, but that is how you want to approach it.
