Orders not showing for paypal ipn

I've gone through the threads on this subject and have installed the june07 patch, got the PDt token from paypal and entered it. Now here's the two questions I have:

1. I have OSC site currently and want to switch to Zencart however, in Zencart I don't get an order in admin when using paypal ipn. I tested it and paypal pays me but I don't know what was ordered. In OSC before even going to the paypal site it makes an order with the status of "pending customer payment" and after they pay it changes it to "paypal verified". Is Zencart suppose to do the same thing or nothing until payment is recieved.

2. Is there a way to test if I got it right without actually paying paypal to test it. I know there is suppose to be live and sandbox sites but I don't know the url to the sandbox site to test paypal ipn until I want to go live.

Also one other problem I may have which may be the problem but I don't know what it means is I get this error in admin

Never mind. I was using a localhost on my computer to test. Problem fixed when I uploaded to a live server. The exact fix was updating with the june17,2007 paypal fix and uploading to live server. Works great now.

Damn! He asked all my questions and then solved it before you got to the answers, but I've still got the problem with sandbox URL :(
