Specific cart requirements : pls advise

I checked the feature list and still have questions on a few requirements.

1. Ability to restrict shipping to certain U.S. States - either through a module or hacking code.

2. Ability to integrate real-time with shipping carriers like FedX.

3. Ability to alter shipping costs (e.g. Free shipping).

4. Let shopper purchase items, one of which is a club membership and they get the cub discount at checkout. I doubt this is feasible.

5. Ability to let site visitor click on 'store' and the page displayed will show "All" products. It's a winery so there are only a couple dozen products.

   Part of the cart and in the admin zones - either the 48 only or all 50

2. Ability to integrate real-time with shipping carriers like FedX.
   There is a Fedex module in the dowmloads area and you need a FEDex account.

3. Ability to alter shipping costs (e.g. Free shipping).
   Free shipping is a default setting in the admin > modules > shipping

4. Let shopper purchase items, one of which is a club membership and they get the cub discount at checkout. I doubt this is feasible.
   This can be accomplished with the groups as long as you apply a simple % discount to members of the group - other schemes that are more complex take some coding

5. Ability to let site visitor click on 'store' and the page displayed will show "All" products. It's a winery so there are only a couple dozen products.
   If 20-30 items is about the max then this is a setting in the admin > config > layout settings > Main Page - Opens with Category - you just setup your wines in a single category and volia'
   A better display might be attained with the column/grid module also available in the downloads section
