A few issues with the Royal Mail Shipping Module

Hey all, just a few thing about the Royal Mail Shipping Module.

Basically as i am going to be selling electrical goods, i need to know how to calculate things such as the"Royal Mail Standard Parcel" and the (Upto £100,£250,£500) packages. it seems that as the Maximum value for the £500 insurance is set to 500.00 and then someone goes to buy a product for £475 none of the modules show up. but if i set the values to "unlimited" they work fine, not sure if i should really touch those values though,

Some expert advice definately needed :D thanks a lot :)

oh and by the way i have changed the "lbs" to "kgs" so royal mail should function as i want it to but no luck still.
