Help new to zen cart! How do I make my links work?

I am new to zen cart. I was able to customize my template. But know I can't seem to get my links working right. All of the links are still going to the main page link. How do I fix this problem? Here is my site url.

I was able to figure out my link problem, however I have another problem.
I can seem to get the zen cart logo and the sales message logo off of my header. Can anyone help, it would be greatly appreciated. Here is my link to my store.

Follow the dots ...
. top right corner of this page ... "tutorials/FAQ"
. click on that link
. click on the category "what every new Zen Cart user needs to know"
. scroll down the list until you find the one about removing the logo
