Need USA ePay installation instructions

Does anyone have better USA ePay installation instructions? The ones included with the module are useless for a n00b like me.

Time for an update and a little more information.

Currently it seems that I cannot communicate with the USA ePay servers. Tech support at ePay can't find the problem as of yet. In their estimation, everything looks like it is put together properly.

I'm hosted on GoDaddy. Their tech support didn't have much to add, except to point me towards the proxy server. So, I found this thread, which was helpful

but ultimately didn't solve my problem. I still receive the same error (Error reading from card processing gateway). :frusty:

I found this thread, but I am unsure if it's needed now that it seems to be included as part of the Admin pages. And, if I do need to include it in the code, I am unsure where and how....
