Help: Dynamically updated Scrolling marque that shows delivery time

I also posted this in teh commercail work area but havent had any replies. Sorry for the crossposting.... maybe its a real simple thing to do?

Anyway, I am building an online grocery shop using zencart. for a client of mine

I need to be able to clearly let visitors know when they must place their grocery orders by and when the delivery date will be.

Nore specifically there are two delivery days: Tuesday and Friday

For delivery on Tues - cut off order period is 8pm Sunday night
For delivery on Fri - cut off order period is 8pm Tues night

What my client wants is a scrolling marque which shows this info placed at teh top of the site. So it must automatically update to show current order cut off time and date and delivery day and date. (through cron jobs perhaps?)

Did you find a solution to this question about delivery? Did you manage to build the grocery website?

You would need a bit of PHP code to control which banner to display, using one of the PHP time() functions to determine the current day of week and hour/minute.
