TEXT attribute is no longer Mandatory

Hi,
I created TEXT attribute and attached it to product with Required flag set to YES.

It worked fine, product can not be added without the attributed.

Played around with attributed, finally deleting all. Recreated Text attributed again. Now attributed is no longer Mandatory and required flag set to YES.

Anything residual left in the tables? What table holds attributes? Because the attributed id is #34 though i have only one at this point.

Or any other way to fix it?
