Shipping: About to cry with frustration

What should be a simple thing to do is turning out to be a big problem... :cry:

I have a number of products... A, B, C,
I have to ship to a number of country zones, X, Y, Z

now...

Each product has a different weight/cost to ship for each zone.

so...

Product A costs $25 to ship to zone X but costs $40 to Zone Y and $125 to Zone Z...

but wait theres more...

Product B cost $2 to Zone A, $5 to Zone Y and can not be sent to Zone Z...
So how do I set this up...?
Please help.:shocking:

I have tried zones which works fine for one product of a given weight, I have tried per unit weight which is fine for only one zone...

Anyone? I'm sure this is a standard setup but I have searched the 61 pages of posts here and the FAQ and can't find the answer I am looking for... Please help.

I still cant figure it out... now I only have shipping for one country.... arghhhhh!
