Footer Banner image does not display

I am using ZC 1.3.0.2. I wanted to enable a banner in the footer. I created the banner ok and uploaded the image. But the image does not display. The banner desc. displays but no image.

The image is viewable if entered directly into firefox. I presume that I have changed or damaged the footer.

Any ideas on how to fix it? Would love to fix it although it is not that big a deal as we will be upgrading to ZC1.3.7 soon.

I'm using 1.3.7. so not sure if this will help. But are you sure that you've activated the banner in the footer, via admin/configure/layout. I think that's where it is.

thanks birdoasis, but that does not appear to be it. THe settings look correct and when i delete the

Banner Display Groups - Header Position 1 - WideBanners

The text description for the ad disappears. So It look as though the ad is enabled. Is created but when it pulls the ad it is only getting the text not the image.

It is a new day so I will double check the ad and image location.
