Contact form slipped...

Can anyone offer an idea on what's happened to my contact page please.

It's at http://85.92.72.76/index.php?main_page=contact_us

The form is right at the bottom of the page and has slipped out of the template.

Is it something i've done in the Define Page editor?

Very lost....

Just to answer my own question incase it helps anyone. I had left an open <p> tage at the bottom of teh define editors page which made the form appear below the rest of teh page outside the template.
