Customize center box on homepage - which php files to edit?

Hi, regarding website http://lemoulinwinery.com/shopping/

i would like to customize the center box on homepage, so instead of showing the monthly special box or some other default center boxes. i would like to show 4 boxes, one for each of my categores, i.e.

  • white wines
  • rose
  • red wines
  • mixed pack

and in each box, i would like to show all the products in that category.

which php files would i need to modify to achieve this? many thanks.

includes\templates\template_default\templates\tpl_modules_whats_new.php is the file that creates the center box.
