Middle Gone Crazy

Hey guys...am having a problem lining up the middle page and my left column...there is no cell padding that i can tell that is keeping the middle page a few pixels down...any suggestions?

There are several elements there which could have padding or margins, and we need to see to tell what is causing your problem.
