Can PayPal Express be used for more than one cart?

I have three separate carts on different sites and I'd like to know if I can use the PayPal Express API for all three? I tried contacting PayPal, but haven't heard anything yet.

Yes - you can use it on as many sites as you like. Your customers might be confused by the change of company name that shows up when they get to Paypal to make payment, but I suppose you'd have to live with that.
