Truck Shipping Modules

Hi guys,
We are working on setting up a zencart store for one of our clients, and have run into yet another hitch. They are selling both large and small quantities of product, so they need a special sort of shipping configuration. Under a certain weight, they need to ship via UPS. But over a certain weight, they need to ship by truck with flat rates based on zip codes. Does anyone know of any way to get this to work in zencart? If not, is there anybody with the skill to create such a module for us?

You will need to use some form of table rate to do this. Look in the wiki or faq.

I am in a similar but more complicated situation. We have product that cannot ship UPS, but it is not based on weight. So far, I have not found a simple way to set up items as "truck only" shipping. The table rate alone will not work for me.
