How do i edit my category name

How do i edit my category name

I want to edit the name of my category sidebox and have it so my sub categories dont have "->" then "|_" following them

example at my site http://d2equip.com/ following diablo then subcategories like USEast

open admin -> configuration -> layout settings

Categories Separator between the Category Name and Count
Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories

Change these as necessary
