(hopefully) simple question... (EZ)

Hi all!!!

I'm trying to create an extra page with the EZpages tool.
I just need exactly the same layout of all the other pages, with the link in the INFORMATION section of the left column.
The content is some taxt with the history of the company.
I found some similar questions & answers in this forum.
From the admin control panel, tools>EZ pages I created a new pages, titled History, everything set to NO except the Sidebox option. Not sure about the sort order, I typed 2 guessing this would be the second displayed item in the list.
Just added some text as page content.

Anyway, the link is not displayed anywhere :(

Did I forget anything?

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: (hopefully) simple question... (EZ)

EZ-Pages links will show in the More Information sidebox, not the Information box. It would be possible to add it there; this would require some minor PHP coding.

Re: (hopefully) simple question... (EZ)

Please help me!!!
The only thing I could think of was adding some lines to the information.php file, that is adding some html code with link and text to the $information[] array.
But I'm not sure it's OK.
Otherwise, should I just turn the more info.php ON from the Admin Control panel? It doesn't seem to work :(

Re: (hopefully) simple question... (EZ)

Excellent idea, thanks.
For some reason I cannot edit the file from the Pages Editor, but I modified the php file and it seems OK.
Thanks!
