Tax problem on last stage of checkout

Hi

I'm new to Zen Cart, and I have a question.

I am having a problem with the tax on my store. I have set it up so that all prices include our MOMs tax of 25% but when the customer gets to the last step of confirming their order all prices revert to no tax, this also appears on the order we receive, the prices are without tax and the tax line is blank.

Can anybody offer advice on how to correctly correct this.

It seems to happen as a new user register (or when a returning user log in)...

Me too...

I configured the price to show without tax, the tax at the end of the purchase, but tax not show and the end with new customers, zeros line (0,00).

I have configured tax to All Zones of my country.

I will appreciate any help...

I resolved my issue with the user CANOPY sugestion:

CANOPY SAID: "I assume you want tax calculation to be shown at the Order Confirmation screen when a customer checks out. If that is the case, you can try these steps to narrow down the problem.

First make sure your product has a non-empty Tax Class field when you created the product.

Next, go to Configuration > My Store and set Display Prices with Tax to true and Sales Tax Display Status to 1.

Finally, at the Configuration > My Store screen, check that the Basis of Product Tax and Basis of Shipping Tax will trigger tax calculation for the customer according to your preferences."
