Permision? Error: I can not write to this file.

I am logged in as the manager / administrator, but every page I want to change (the text for example Contact us).

This is the error:

Error: I can not write to this file. Please set the right user permissions on: /home/scrap9/public_html/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_contact_us.php

I even edited

Editing file:
/home/scrap9/public_html/includes/languages/english/html_includes/define_contact_us.php

But nothing changed? what do I need to do?

Thanks,

Karl

Re: Permision? Error: I can not write to this file.

Click on the tutorials/FAQ link at the top of the page. Type 'permissions' in the search box. You should get at least 12 responses. One of them should give you the answer.

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
