Removing "new products" in Shopping Cart section

Removing "new products" in Shopping Cart section

I've set every setting I can on Admin -> Configure -> Index Listing to zero and have mostly eliminated the New Product stuff from my Zen Cart.

However, "New Products for [month]" still pops up if you're looking at your shopping cart and you delete all items from it. (i.e. the "Your Shopping Cart is empty" page.) Can't seem to figure out where to shut this off.

Admin > Configuration > Stock

Change Show New Products on Empty Shopping Cart to 0
