Hello Guys,

Can someone please suggest why i am getting this issues.

the featured product for CWC- 903 54Mbps MIMO Wireless-G Card Bus Adapter
comes out strange.

Now compare this to...

http://www.ipvk.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1

It looks fine. What do i need to change to srt this issue out.

Thanks in advance.

First off, you should ask Template Monster why their template is malfunctioning.

They have changed the coding and tags, so it is not possible to trace it by knowledge of Zen Cart code. Somehow part of the text is being treated as an unordered list.

First off, you have way, way, way much more mark-up than you need. Clean it out some and everything will be a lot easier.

Second, your HTML is not even close to valid:
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ipvk.co.uk%2Findex.php%3Fmain_page%3Dindex

Fix those HTML issues and I expect your display will be fixed along with it (the display issue appears to be caused by missing end </li> and </ol> tags).

That's Template Monster's standard coding style. They think they need at least a half-dozen nested divs to do anything...

Cheers for the comments, yeah i know i guess its too late now as i wont be getting any refunds. I guess i just have to work with it.

((the display issue appears to be caused by missing end </li> and </ol> tags).)

Definately checked that there is a closing statement for all this but not sure why it comes up on the main page code but does not come up in any other pages, a bit strange.

Re: need advice on a strange issue and layout differences

OK, this is my second Zen Cart site and have encountered an issue I cannot resolve.

The install is standard, no modules, no templates! Straight of of the box Zen Cart with me customizing the CSS.

I have a page on which the Left Column is bouncing downwards on the page relative to the Centre Column.

Wonky page:
http://mcintyreappliances.com.c1.previewmysite.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=8&products_id=20

Slightly wonky (similar problem?)
http://mcintyreappliances.com.c1.previewmysite.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=3&products_id=6

Other pages are working fine.

I've taken a look at Firebug and rechecked the CSS and there's plenty of room for the column and the center column. Most of the wrappers padding and margins set to zero.

Any thoughts?

Re: need advice on a strange issue and layout differences

There is a vertical-align: top; in the stock stylesheet that you are apparently missing.
Add to your stylesheet

#navColumnOne {vertical-align: top;}
