Paypal only give echeck payment option

Hi All,

I'm helping a friend setup zen cart using paypal for payments. We're up to date on zen cart and have installed the Paypal patch from June 2007.

I'm in the process of testing the payment (I'm going to just buy something and refund the money) but when we're directed to PayPal and login, the only payment option is eCheck.

Is this a Paypal setting or a Zen Cart setting that would be causing this?

I've looked around my friend's PayPal settings (in PayPal) and don't see a place to 'accept credit cards.' I've also poked around the PayPal help pages and don't see this issue coming up.

It's been soooooo long since I've setup my PayPal account, I'm not sure how I enabled (or IF I enabled) that setting on my account.

She is a PayPal business member.

Thanks!

Lynn

Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Paypal only give echeck payment option

If eCheck is your only option, then the paypal account you logged in with to make payment doesn't have a credit card linked to it.
You'll need to add a credit card to your account before you can pay with it.
