Text attribute entries do not carry over to cart contents

The problem is: whenever a text attribute is setup for customer input, the text DOES NOT show up in cart contents or order confirmation email. All other attributes work fine. This feature has never worked for me, in zen version 1.2.5 or 1.3.7. Here is a link to an example product:

It seems I'm the only one with this problem, searched for hours in Admin menu and forum to find no solution. Any help would be much appreciated!

PROBLEM SOLVED:clap:, our hosting company tech said 2 sets of attributes were causing text to be lost. After we were upgraded to zencart 1.3.7 I didn't like how the 'add to cart' button and attributes were at the bottom of product pages, so I added another set at the top of product page. I will be removing the set at the bottom of product pages because it is good for the customer to know they can click to buy when the page loads, especially on pages with long descriptions.
