Possible to do a manual install without the zc_install coming up?

Having problems getting the rwx permissions on the config files so it will not move on - no surprise there!

I have created the zc database - with the admin user details as well as the config files so was wondering if it is possible to override the automatic install?

Guidelines and suggestions appreciated!

If you have created configure.php files correctly, then zc_install will not auto-start.

Stated more specifically .... you have not created your configure.php files correctly.
