Adding Extra Rows and Columns in Category's Page

Hello

Im trying to find out if i can add more columns and rows in the categories page like the index page that shows different merchandise in the first page

example would be something like im selling shirts and have the category shirts
in there i have like 20 different shirts but it shows on column with ten then next page

i would like to be able to put 20 shirts on the page with 5 rows and four columns
in that one category

is it possible? and does any know how i can set it up like that

Sorry for the repeat of a post i put :frusty: didnt think any1 would be thinking the same as me but i found a post similar to what i want to do
dont know if its what im looking for but ill try it out if not i guess ill b back here to c if any1 can get a response
