That Red Box at the Top of the Pages...

How do I get rid of that red box that is at the top of the pages? We are ready to go live and I need to get rid of it! If you can help me, please explain in simple terms.

Thank you,

Joy

Thank you for responding. How do I set permissions? I don't see any choice for that in properties or anywhere.

Thanks,

Joy
