Store Pickup is only option working...

I have a site I am developing (zenCart 1.3.7) and the only shipping option I can get to work is store pickup.

No matter what I do, no other options will show up on the checkout shipping page. I have tried uninstalling all shipping options, verified that all were uninstalled (went through an order and found that no shipping options were available), then tried to add UPS...nothing. Tried to add per item , per unit , UPS...none work. The only option that will show up is store pickup.

Any thoughts?

Do your Products have weight?

If not did you configure 0 weigh to NOT mean Free Shipping in the Shipping/Handling?

Did you set your 5 digit US Zip Code in the Shipping/Handling?

Did you try Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 that has a fix for USPS ... for the May 14th changes from USPS?

The problem has been resolved. I can honestly say I'm not certain how. I unistalled and re-installed the shipping options, which didn't fix it, but now it is fixed.

Many items do have 0 weight, but I have 0 weight status set to false for free shipping, and I have Package Tare small to medium set to 0:3. The zipcode is properly set for the store.

Is it possible the old settings were cached and it just took a bit for the new settings to refresh?

That is possible on the modules and they can produce unpredictable results until time has passed or you open a new browser session ...
