Zen Cart clone? Possible fraud site

I was browsing through Google and came across

Hmmm... oddly familiar setup and pages!

It looks like to me that they just scrubbed off the Zen references and are touting it as their own.

Is this a common incident? I know Zen Cart is free but aren't there copyright issues at stake as well as possible security ones? I could see fraud artists doing something like this and installing backdoors into the admin area.

they replaced the copyright from the admin....

That's an osc ripoff. I would imagine HPDL would be chasing them for some of their copyright alterations. It's also more than 3 years old. Doesn't appear to be actively maintained.
