Wrong Billing Address

Doing a test run on version Zen Cart 1.3.7.1, I ran into a problem with billing my address. After logging in I made my purchase and while trying to pay for it , the page said my billing address didn't match. It would seem that I cannot use lower case letters in the City or State. typing in Lowell (city in Indiana) gives me Lovell at checkout. If I use all capitols in my profile it works fine. Any ideas here

This may or may not be a problem, it is a warning to look further into the order to see why things do not match 100% ...

Just tried it again by doing as before and deleting the account( probably the 4th time). Using autofill as I did the other times I created the new account and it now accepts it in lower case. Must have been some kind of glitch here. In any event, it works now. Thank You. I was trying to figure out how to make someone use only caps in an address but seems no longer neccessary
