How to change the submenu?

Hi!

I have just installed the Zen Cart and have been playing with its settings. Unfortunately, I can't figure out where the top and the bottom submenus are located, so I can change them? I mean the following menus:
Top: "EZPages", "Privacy notice", "Shared", "Zen cart"
Bottom: * Home * :: My Account :: Site Map :: Privacy Notice :: Shared :: Action DVDs

Log into Admin

Choose Tools from the menu then choose Ez-Pages and turn off the links and their location from there.

I have one more question. When you insert a new product, there is a description there, but if I want to insert a table or something formatted how I can do that?
