Difference in CSS absolute positions in Firefox and IE

I'm cobbling together a new way of arranging everything using the manufacturer's sidebox on my live site now, and aside from the colour difference (I'll fix that up after this) I thought it was looking pretty good. Then, I go to test the site in IE7 Windows and, lo and behold, the manufacturer box is out of place. If the CSS is just too nightmarish to look through then tell me and I willl try my best to clean it all up before coming back.

Firefox
IE7

Haven't yet tested in IE6/Safari, I'll conquer that nightmare after this.

Site in this state is www.headsonic.com.

Thanks!
