Privacy Notice and Conditions of Use at Login
Hello,
My cart is set to require a person to register first (create an account) before being able to view the catalog. Is there any way to make the Privacy Notice and Conditions of Use public at the login/create account page?
I've tried going into the Config>Regulations and toying with those settings. I thought I could trace the Privacy Notice option and clone it for the Conditions of Use. Pretty pleased with myself for coming up with the idea, I happily set the "Confirm Privacy Notice During Account Creation Procedure" to true to see how it would work on the storefront before I started.
However, when I returned to login page, I clicked on the "The privacy statement can be read here" pseudo link for the Privacy Notice, the page refreshed and I was again presented with the blank login page. Blah. So much for my great idea. If I can't get the available setting of Privacy Notice to work, I don't think I should try cloning it for Conditions of Use.
Does anyone know what's going on?
Or better yet, is there a less complicated way to allow pages such as "Conditions of Use" to be accessible to an unauthorized customer?
