Copying Products ONLY from One shop to another.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I have searched for a solution, but I can't find one, unless I am blonde.

I have a shop, that has been upgraded and upgraded. And some of the contributions, i think, have corrupted some core files and maybe the database.

I have created a New Zen Cart, from a fresh install from the downloads secction.

Now I know there are posts showing you how to duplicate your shop, and they show you how to backup your database, and copy files across. This is not what I want, because if i do this, then I am going to duplicate all the issues with the old shop.

So, I only want to copy the PRODUCTS and Categories Section from the old shop to the new one.

All Contributions, templates etc, I will re-cerate again. But with a shop with over 1000 items, it will take far too long to enter all the products again. :-p

So, Is there a way, to ONLY Copy the Products over to the New Shop?

Also, is there a way too, to do this to the Manufacturers?

Does anyone know if this is possible? i have tried searching, and there is either no posts similar to this, or I am going blind.

2 ways:

1. Use a mod called Easy populate.
2. Go to phpmyadmin to access your database, export categories, products, and other related tables, then import them to the new database.
