Caanot Find Server

I am really new to Zen Cart, so forgive me if some of this doesn't make sense. Our designer set up Zen for us, but she is stuck on an issue. Our site and cart https://www.twistnshot.com was working as of 3 days ago, but has since then had issues on the Confirm Order page. Everything works fine until then. Once you click confirm order, you wait about 2 minutes and then a page comes up that says cannot find server.

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

We are losing sales everyday because our customers cannot completely process their transactions. Anyone have any tips for me???

If it was working fine then stops working then whoever worked on the cart messed up somewhere, I suspect it's a problem with redirect. There is no way we can check it out for you without attempting to place a test order. If you want someone to check it out for you, I'd suggest you to:

1. Have a big text on your site saying "under maintenance" or something so real customers do not place orders now
2. Enable check/money order (so we can checkout without having to actually pay)
3. If possible, set up a test account for us too.
